Passionate creative expression is your birthright. And, hey! ‘Creative expression’ doesn’t just mean singing and writing poetry! For you it might mean planting potatoes, getting a Ph.D., or watching the tide come in. Really, truly.

We live in a pivotal time, humankind wobbling between planetary disaster and unprecedented transformation. Now as never before we need to disengage ideas of what we ‘think’ we ‘should’ do and begin to live from deep, authentic inspiration.

So how does your heart sing? Whatever your proclivities, your voice and expression are channels through which you can encounter your creative energy directly and immediately. You don't need training or a ‘good voice’ to have this experience. It’s not about doing it ‘right’ or learning a technique - it’s about risking to discover and reveal yourself at a new depth.

Through keen and gentle attention to ourselves and each other, we begin to recognize the unique creative ‘voice’ of each individual. Obstructions and distortions to expression naturally dissolve or come into alignment with the light of awareness.

YOUR CREATIVE VOICE is a guided two-day process, lovingly designed to bring you into a direct experience of authentic creative expression through vocal sound. The weekend includes guided meditation and vocal exploration, sharing discoveries and bearing witness to each other, individual feedback and coaching, improvisation with sound and movement, guided musical creations, and the chance to be truly seen and heard in a protected, supportive environment.

There is no sensation on earth like your creative spirit taking flight!

The workshop is for adults of any age. Vocal or musical experience is not needed, though trained performers are also welcome, and many have found the workshop to be of great value.

The workshop is offered periodically in NYC, and is available for booking elsewhere. Other workshops are also available; an event can be designed for your group or situation.

 

Private Coaching

Jessica is available to people of all professions for individual coaching sessions, by appointment in the New York area. Sessions are generally spontaneous, highly effective and a lot of fun. Yours will be uniquely designed to support you in connecting with real, live creative passion, and moving beyond self-imposed limitations to do what you were born to do.
Consultation by phone is a valuable alternative for those not in the NYC area, or for whom cost is a major consideration.
